Bio
Born in Vadodara, India, I have formed a passion for dance since the age of six, a love that continues to grow with every step I take. Dance is not merely a hobby for me, it is an outlet where I can express myself freely and gracefully, exploring the depths of my creativity while it also just simply makes me happy. Currently, as an assistant instructor at RB Dance, I have the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in various beautiful dance styles while guiding talented young dancers. This role not only allows me to strengthen my skills but also fosters meaningful connections with the kids I work with, sharing in their passion and enthusiasm. Each dance class is a new adventure, filled with laughter, inspiration, and growth, reminding me of the profound impact that creativity and community can have on our lives.

Artist Statement
My artistic practice explores the simple life of a human as he learns to find his own voice in the world. To create an atmosphere that is relatable by all, I draw inspiration from the awkward, quirky, humorous, disappointing, uncomfortable, and poignant moments one encounters throughout his existence. My creative process starts with a concept that I am able to clearly visualize. Once the foundation is set, I research both in and out of the studio to fully grasp on to the idea I’m getting ready to form. Due to my training in Bharatanatyam and Ballet, music is found to be an integral part of my choreography as I play and rely on the various rhythms found in it. I let the music not only inform, but also inspire me as I begin to dive in to my exploration. I use intricate spacial patterns, staccato movements, and unison as a metaphor to life as all humans encounter these moments every day-either consciously or not. As a fellow human, I create dance to inform the importance and acceptance of having these unique confrontations as they give us the experience that shapes us to be the person we are.
